Who Uses Google Desktop?
I haven't tried it yet on my PCs. I don't think there's a Mac version (Mac's built in search kicks ass anyway).
Anyone using it? |

The google search is kind of creepy if you share your PC with others. However I've used it and it pretty impressive. It shows screen shots of the web pages. My only concern is I wonder what data they're collecting.
Will they see me searching for fisting videos on my PC? Or track the pages on my PC for their own indexing purposes?

And if it's an e-mail it shows a cached version of the e-mail so you don't have to open Outlook.

I use it, it works great. I do not allow anyone else ot use my workstation anyway, if you do you may want to think twice about using it.
Does it install spyware or collect information? NO Does it use a ton of resources? NO Does it work hella fast and do what it claims? YES Take that info for whatever you will...
