I was just wondering. I got about 5 grand to invest in something and I do not know what I want to invest in. Now, I do not want to buy gay ass tgp spots cuz its a waste of money. Im looking in terms on trying to double up or invest in something thats profitable. Im really interested in peoples serious ideas and opinions. Posting something that worked for you is cool also.

Use it to build up a foundation of a business. Perhaps galleries, TGPs, not quite enough for a paysite, but it's enough to do something with. You aren't going to be able to put your money somewhere and expect double the return without putting in some hard work and efforts.

Working hard is not an issue. Paysites are pretty expensive arnt they? I mean I guess it depends on how u work it. Like choosing wehter or not to have an affiliate program and so forth. Im interested in peoples responses so thats why I asked.

If that's your attitude towards TGPs then you probably won't find any ideas here that you'll like. This business isn't rocket science. You just need to build a system, perfect it, then multiply it.

In 3 years I've probably seen less than 5 new ideas, most of which have disappeared. It's all the same thing over and over again, just packaged differently.

Find a way to get up to $10k, then start a paysite. Only problem with that situation is you won't have any traffic. So where do you get the traffic? From your TGPs of course! Everything starts somewhere.

There are so many more profitable sources of traffic besides tgp's thats for sure, alot more lucrative also. Beautiful traffic sources with none of the retarded rules and so on, noone tellin you what you can and can not do, wide open territory. Look way beyond tgp's imho

I agree. However most of those traffic sources aren't exactly "taught". People don't really teach SEO. They don't teach Yahoo groups. TGPs they do teach and are a lot easier to get into.

I 100% agree. First off iv sat back and watched peoples tgp's come and go. Traffic is hard to find if you do not know what your doing when establishing a new tgp. I do not have the time or patience to establish traffic for a new tgp like most people do not. That is why people are selling tgps like hotcakes. Theres tons of other ways to invest without a purchase of a tgp in my opinion. Iv seen other people post threads about tgps too many responses are the industry is flooded with worthless tgps. Now thehun,worldsex,al4a and all the other major tgps worked really hard for there traffic and my point was that if you did not start a tgp arund the time they did, it would be very difficult to succeed in that feild. Lets face it, the point of investing is to make the most money you possibly can, wether its with a tgp or a paysite. But i refuse to beleive tgps are the only way to go. If thats my only option then id rather save my money.

sly i know SEO traffic and tgp traffic well. I do submit galleries and do yahoo groups and so forth for profit. I am not knocking tgp profits, I just do not have time to put in that much work for a successfuly tgp. Now when i say successful, I mean like the big tgps. If i found myself wanting any less, then whats the point of owning soemthing you do not want to be top in!

Ok, if you're already doing something thats making money, take your $5k and invest it into what you're already doing to scale your system up. If you're already doing something that works, why stray from it?

sly what I meant by tgps not being profitable is that most people who start a tgp have no idea the work thats involved. I have good freinds that work really hard and never say die but have sold there tgps or have just quit. Now I meant buying spots are not profitable in my opinion because 90% of the people iv talked to and from my own past experiences in buying spots, Iv never made my money back or any profit. Even in rebills, I have still not made the money back so to me it is pointless. Now ur right, I could take my money and invest it in whats working but not buying spots. I was just looking for others ideas thats why I asked.

no need to invest, if you arent making 5-6k in galleries a month, you are obviously doing something wrong.

and grow a mgp. not as many mgp's as tgp's.

5 - 6k in galleries a month? lol i have not heared of anyone making that by just submitting galleries unless they have been doing it for years. Especially with tgps. I do not have mgp partner accounts and do not know the big mgp's out there as well. Iv been hearing theres more traffic and money in mgps lately though from more then 1 person. Im going to look into it

You can actually start a paysite on 5K if you put the time and effort into it... by what i gather you already have traffic from other sources. my motto is why send traffic to someone when i can send it to myself.. you have to look at putting it together on a budget and working your ass off ... it does not need to be an original site either just something that will convert you figure

750 - processor fee
10 - domain
50 - hosting
1000 - content

you take the rest of the cash and buy traffic ... learn recips and trades with similar sites or friends... you can pull it off ..

you also need to look at how do you grow from there .. if the affiliate part of it is what you are looking at then you take all the money nd constantly reinvest it... new site, realy affiliate software... but there are a lot of guys that started sites with less than you and made a good go of them .. if you are looking to be the biggest then you have a lot of work ahead of you .. but making 5K in a month on a paysite that you are funding the traffic for is relatively easy ...
