I got an email FROM Epoch claiming they had signed off on my contract but that was it. Been a week now. This was from the compliancy department. Does it now go to Visa?

CCBill told me it would be 7-14 days, but three days later I was up and running. Cool.

After I was finished with the compliance department I assumed they contact Visa from there. Let me know if that isn't the case, I just finished compliance last Wednesday.

Funny I got the "final" approval email 10 minutes ago. BUT, it states I am good to go excluding Visa...

Hmm. I never received an approval email but my site has been active since last Wednesday, minus Visa of course.

Did you get an email with your password for stats? I didn't. Waiting on an email reply.

No, I was supposed to but it never came. I emailed tech and they sent me the information. Their setup is really pretty strange I think, nothing is documented so you have to rely on tech, but tech is surprisingly pretty quick. If they spent some time documenting how their system works I'm sure they could save tech some time.

We are getting Visa/Mastercard regsitration approval in about 7-10 days at this point. The process has certainly sped up recently.
