    Incorporation in USA as an European?

    I need an USA corporation for some future projects (i'm from europe)

    Can you suggest me any company offering such services? The incorporation should be as complete as possible with real postal address, us telephone number, us bank account, etc ..

          But their additional services are expensive (bank account, EIN #, etc.). Are you traveling to the US any time soon? If so, there are ways to make the process MUCH CHEAPER.

                  I've used http://www.bizfilings.com/ many times, never had a problem. And no, they will not ask you for your sperm count and blood type, just your credit card number
