I bought a couple pairs of jeans from Old Navy and the were $19 i think and they lasted a few month before the pockets started to rip where my wallet was from the wear and tear. i bought a pair of $75.00 jeans and they have lasted over a year now.

ok. Girls point of view. I do not look at brand names on guys jeans. I only care how they look. My main complaint about guys jeans is that they have the tendancy to give a guy "man hips" if the do not fit properly. Nothing worse than that.
I buy expensive jeans for myself and cheap jeans too. The expensive ones ALWAYS last longer and I treat them no different than my cheap Target jeans.

Almost all brands are made differently, and even within the brand there are all kinds of different cuts. I'd rather see a guy in cheap jeans that fit well and look good on him, than some name brand shit that looks goofy on him.
I've never bought a pair of jeans without trying on at least 50 pair before making my decision.
