It is 100% True that we will use legal channels if anyone publishes false and damaging untrouths about our business or the owners, if one infringes on copyrighted materials, etc... Pissing on a board, etc. is not a professional way to handle legal issues.

Yes, I see a lot of internet professionals react emotionally and make personal slams and stalk their enemies yadda yadda yadda. We do not resort to emotional business and legal is a part of business sometimes thankfully (to achieve an amicable resolution) and sometimes not thankfully (to chuck huge money out the window with no gain for anyone). No system is perfect.
