used to. never noticed any results. vitamins are fine. you're supposed to take that stuff when you are sick. i heard if you take it on a regular basis that your body gets used to it and it doesn't do anything for you.

Pharmasists in Canada actually recommend it, especially if you have something like a cold you are having a hard time getting rid of etc. My daughter takes it once in a while to help her fight off a virus

my ex gf was into it. so i used to take it when i was sick. haven't tried it in years, no idea if it really did anything or not.

The best way to trim your immune system is to try to come down with diseases like influensa as much as you can and let your body work it out on its own. What doesn't kill you make you stronger is very much appliable when it comes to the immune system.
