CCBill Stats - Anyone Else Get This ?

I wish I had a screenshot to demonstrate this. I don't know what it means, I'm not accusing anyone of doing anything .. I know ccbill was working on stuff yesterday (the calendar selection is all fucked up today) but I want to know if anyone else had this same issue and if anyone can give an ICQ # or something to contact ccbill about it.

Last night I was checking my stats. When I logged in I saw that I had 2 trials, 2 recurring and 3 rebills .. something like $98 total on like 2,441 clicks. I wanted to see the referers for the sign-ups so I clicked "Breakdown by url" checkbox at the bottom. Clicked "lookup" .. all of my sign-ups and rebills except for 1 sign-up was gone! It now showed one recurring sign-up for $14.97. I thought I had selected the wrong date or something. I verified the date was correct. I logged out, logged back in and got the same $98 but it was gone when I tried to see the referers! I paid particular attention to the clicks on both 'stats' pages .. they were identicle! Now this morning I check my stats for yesterday and all these sign-ups are gone. I've got that one recurring for $14.97 .. the other 3 sign-ups and 3 rebills are gone. What the hell is going on ? Also .. the calendar selection is totally fucked up. I wanted to play with different date ranges to see if I could reproduce this problem and get those ghost sign-ups to show up again. But I can't select any ranges in either FireFox or IE. |

I logged out and on the login form I selected "View Yesterday's Transactions" and I got the following stats: Clicks: 2,906 Trials: 2 Recurring: 3 Rebill: 3 Total: $110.75 Now when I log in viewing Today's Stats but select "Yesterday" and do lookup .. I get the following: Clicks 2,906 Trials: 0 Recurring: 1 Rebills: 0 Total: $14.97 WTF!? Screenshot: ![]() |

I am seeing the same behaviour. I thought I was going batty earlier as I was checking my email and saw one from a sponsor advising me of a ccbill sale... the email was sent several hours previously but at that stage my stats were showing 0:6000something, which means that sale didn't show up. So I log in again, and there it is.

It is definitely a stats problem and I have reproduced it the same way that Garett has. |

I think I can see where the problem is... if I click on "Yesterday" it chooses:

Start Date: 2004-10-20 00:00 End Date: 2004-10-20 23:59 When I submit that changes to: Start Date: 2004-10-20 00:00 End Date: 2004-10-20 02:59 Looks like someone has missed a digit and put in 02:59 instead of 23:59, so it's only showing 3 hours worth of sales. |

I noticed that also last night. My Stats Remote showed quite a few signups, then when I went into CCBill itself to check, it only showed less than half of the signups.

Paul .. thanks for your reassurance. Is Rowan's theory correct ? What exactly is the problem ? And can you at least let us know that these ghost stats are true sales and we will be paid for them ? |

Hey Paul from CCBill, you should get one of the $$ men there to approve paying for a sticky post on GFY keeping us up to date on what the fuck is going on. After all this IBill shit people smell trouble and start heading for the hills. The only way to negate the fear/rumors is to spread the truth. now, everyone go to www.badassteens.com/www.18to19.com and buy some porn from the top row. it makes my advertisers happy which makes me happy, which in turn makes us all happy |

Maximum allowed date is yesterday I have to ask, did you ccbill guys test these latest additions before you implemented them publically? These are not subtle bugs, everyone is experiencing them. |

I also noticed the similar problems with "can only select yesterday etc dates BS "...

i also noticed that every time people are bitching about CCbill on boards, the form hits vanish. I have access to 4 diff. comp w/ 4 diff. IPs and tested the form hit sudden drop issue and realize that the form hit tracker is acting very shady which, I imagine, adds to decrease in sales i am very new to CCbill but seems like there is some bullshit going on already, unfortunately for me and for you. |
