To enter the contest you must pay $5 through epassporte or paypal. The WINNERS will be selected from a hat by putting all the peoples names into a hat and selecting two winners. 1st and 2nd place.
The winners prize:
1st place - 20 gallery templates or a 3 page complete website design, or 10 HPA's and 10 gallerys, or 10 animated banners and 10 HPA's it's your choice. Swap something in for something else!
2nd place - 10 gallery templates or 2 page complete website or 5 HPA's and 5 gallerys. Again swap something in for something else!
The 1st place winner will be selected first from the hat. The second place winner will be selected second from the remaining people in the hat.
The date of the winner will be selected 10/22/04 FRIDAY AT 6:00PM EST

You dont have to pay until 15 people agree to participate then I will relay my epassporte or paypal info. I feel this is a good contest where someone can win some good design work. I wish people did not have the attitude of "I'll never win"
this didnt turn out well there is still plenty of time left. i am not joking and i thought this would be a nice contest? i know a lot of people dont like to gamble i guess. well if you think im a scammer im not. look at my portfolio.
