Bush's only option for Rummy will be to have him brought up on charges for the prisoner torture before he leaves, and then pardon him on Christmas. Like Bush Sr. did with Poindexter and others from Iran/Contra. Probably the same with Cheney's secret energy department dividing up Iraq before the war, and Asskroft's imprisoning people illegally. All their executive privilege isn't going to help them when Kerry's president. He already said today he's going to have a real 9/11 commission and that Bush and Cheney will have to answer under publicly oath like Clinton and Gore did.
