It seems like the prevailing opinion is that 30k posts is too much - our bad.

Soooo, in the grand tradition of Bill Maher, we're going to implement some "NEW RULES":

Everything else stays the same, but we're capping it at 15,000 posts, and making the prize for post number 15,000 $925.00 (a combination of the amounts originally slated for posts at 15k, 25k and 30k).

Sound good all? The grand prize is now for post number 15,000. It's still going to take a while, but a little more sane now.

problem here is it is capped at 10 posts per person.. it would take a minimum 1500 different users to post there maximum and it would get there...

therefore it is very unlikely that it will reach the 15k because of this.. raise or lose the cap and this thread might get a move along..

anyways thats my 2 cents worth :)
