Da Vinci Code is not a good book. It's just ok! it'll make an ok movie with ok actors.

It's easy to read, easy to understand, perfect for plane or train reading.
But when i read it, i thought to myself that this guy's too inspired by the Foucault's Pendulum which really beats Da vinci Code in so many ways !

I liked Angels and Demons better than the Davinci Code.

I'm going to check this book out. Sounds good.

Right now I am reading The Rule of Four.. I can't wait until I have some more time to read a big chunk of it, great book so far.

the only thing i dont like abt the Rule of Four is the slow development of the plot. the first 7-8 chapters concentrated more on the relationship of the four friends rather than the mystery of the hypnerotomachia.

I've read all of Dan Brown's books . . . Angels and Demaons being my favorite. I liked the Rule of Four better than any of Brown's books. Thanks for the recommandation.

I know, I am at the end of that part I believe, I can feel the plot coming so I keep reading but I haven't hit it yet. I do like the setting so far and the feeling of the book, I can't wait to get to the good stuff.

i was close to not finishing the book when a friend told me that it'll get really better in the last few chapters, and that most of the stuff on the first few chapters are essential to the development of the story. so i decided to finsh it and it was ok. the rule of four's jst ok because with "the Da vinci code" and "angels and demons", i was captivated with the pacing of the story that i finished each book in one sitting. it took me 5 days to finish the rule of four
