at full price I would sign a "silencer" agreement on boards - provide you the logins - and agree to a non-competition convanent.

I would also PREFER a decent deposit and equal monthly payments over 5 years to reduce my taxes on the sale.

Full transfer of course would happen once paid.

If you prefer a single cash payment and transfer that's okay too. But I will get hit hard with taxes and therefore your final price would be higher.
