does anyone have this same camera?

long story short. I bought my mom this digi cam for xmas last year and she lost the CD that came with it that had the PhotoLoader software and drivers on it.

I looked all over and cant find the software or drivers on the net. so if anyone who has this CD and would be kind enough to burn it and upload it for me, it would be greatly appreciated.
