What are some nice converting exit links to send people who do not wish to enter a paysite? Yahoo and google get enough traffic

A fake SE page filled with affiliate sponsors and adwords can work well. The exit link if you have a lot of traffic gets far too many hits to waste, although I always have found it odd that people click on it.

Yeah adwords or any advertisers on that caliber that ppc would work well.

Adwords sound like a good idea. If they don't have a credit card to buy anything, at least they could click a bunch of links

True if they want to get in they will, however, if they are bored, they may put their mouse over the exit link and say "wow, no google or yahoo, i wonder where this goes"

Sign up for the affiliate program for staples.com or fogdog.com and send them there. If they buy something, you get paid.
