If you have to ask others before you get them, the answer is NO NO NO NO NO.

If you feel like doing them for yourself and yourself alone then by all means go ahead and get them done.

But if you are doing them for any other reason than to please yourself, buy a puppy or something like that -- cosmetic surgery like this is MAJOR surgery -- the risk of infection or scarring, the time spent recovering, the risks on down the road -- it's alot to think about and unless YOU would feel better with the implants, DON'T even go there.

There are some that are so good now they'd fool almost anyone -- most of them are under the muscle implants so there is no scar to the nipple -- but they are going to be small since only so much will fit under the muscle -- and from what I hear you can give up ever working out your upper body after that (hmmm, removal vs. saggy arms later on in life) --

you also run the risk of desensitizing the nipple if you do the over the muscle implants as well.

If you do get them, find a support group immediately --

Now matter how small or big they are natural is the best. There's nothing wrong with small breasts. Lots of men including myself think that small brests are sexy. I like big tits too but surgery to get them bigger or surgery to get them smaller are both a turnoff for me. When you get implants to be bigger they don't move....they just kind of follow your body however you move.

Besides, for perk I've heard of creams that you can rub on them on aregular basis just like when you use moisturizer. You just put the cream on your tits instead.

Natural is definately better!! I have only touched a woman with implants once, but I agree with the others, they did not feel real at all. I will admit they were fun to look at but touching them felt like i was fondeling a water baloon!!

i think a chick only needs implants if her boobs are different sizes, floppy, or lopsided, or just plain ugly... size doesn't matter... actualy i prefer chicks with just a little more than a handful.... B - small C cup, but thats just me ;P
