Who's seen Donnie Darko?

A wonderful movie

Basic run-down from what I remember.

Suburbonite kid has issues with his sheltered life. His parents are betas and he talks to them anyway he wants. Then he starts seeing into the future, and he acts out when the bunny mask guy tells him to. We see Patrick S. and Drew B. and wonder why in the hell they are in this money. Then all the cryptic attempts at being deep are resolved when all the foresight stuff is put into perspective and Donny desides to let the engine fall on him and die to save the lives of his sister and mother. There were other parts but I only stayed interested enough to try to figure out why so many people thought it was a good movie. It was OK but it was not at all as "deep" as the emo kids who spew on and on about it said it was.

the more times you watch it the more you understand it :D
