Naps are the best. I hate sleeping for 8 hours. The most I ever get is about 4.

That's the best way to work is to be able to take a nap once in the day (when/if you feel at all tired). But you also really should get more than 4 hours of sleep in total, unless you're on of those people that doesn't require it. Most people absolutely require 8 hours of sleep daily to function optimally.
A lot of the bigdogs took naps, including John D. Rockefeller.
