Maybe it's just my imagination, but it seems that both Worldsex and The Hun JUMPED hugely in the amount of traffic they have. Check -

Both are more than 1,400,000 !!

It's a fucking joke, I swear. They were nowhere near this figure yesterday. How can both sites jump so much in only 24 hours? Both were about 1,150,000 yesterday. They switch top place randomly, but they are always so close with the amount of traffic. Now, I could understand if one day, the #1 site peaked at 1,150,000 and #2 had 1,000,000... but no matter how much traffic the #1 site has, the #2 site never seems to be far behind. Strange? Yes... Generally, traffic = money. So I've got to say, I'm envious as fuck.

Its because third party stats are one of the biggest wastes of times and one of the worst frauds ever brought to the web.

They are unaccurate to the point of absurdity. Easily cheated, and not to mention they steal your traffic. People who are obsessed with their ranking with third party counters are also mesmerized by small shiny objects. If you cant install your own free perl script to accurately guage your own statistics, you do not deserve to call yourself a webmaster.

I completely agree. Plus, I'll go a step farther and recommend an excellent stats program called "Analog", which not only will give you all the info on your site that you could ever want, but can easily be configured to do the job for multiple sites.
It's totally free AND it doesn't cost anything. It does, however, assume that you are able to properly configure your server, perl scripts, and a few other necessary modifications.
Very nice piece of software.
