    What is it with Europeans and Americans?

    When you look at the map of the world and you find areas that have

    1) advanced standard of living

    2) justice system that works most of the time

    3) economy that sustains the majority of its people

    4) civilization that strives to advance people

    5) Deomocracy that lets the voice of the majority of the people

    You would find that these countries are

    a) majority white

    b) Japanese or So. Korean(Hong Kong and Singapore are not real democracies, dumbass)

    I know its not RACE... so what is it?

    Culture?

    If so, which part of "Caucasian" culture ensures that the priceless social assets above are built and maintained?

    Any ideas?

      I'd say culture and the way previous generations have lived is the deciding factor.

              Another way to ask the question: Why (outside of Japan and S Korea) do Euro and 'white' countries dominate in terms of democracy, a functioning civil society, economic growth, and technological advancement?

              I know it has nothing to do with race... if it is cultural, what are these cultural elements? Are these absent elsewhere?
