This is a very odd but scary spam I just received. The title of this thread is the actual header for the spam mail. I call bullshit on it but it's a pretty fucked up spam if it's true.

This has to be someone trying to get homeland security/fbi/cia/nsa/other to start bothering att. Or it's a troll message to test the capabilities of the gov to monitor e-mails. Or both.

I think the monitoring system was called Carnivore when it was first implemented.
