In Vegas you can have a loaded gun in your glove box without a concealed carry permit. I know a few guys that live within 15 miles of that intersection that would have shot him in a heartbeat. AND Vegas law has kinda an old west feel to it. 2 witnesses saying the dude was smashing up the car would get them off :) :thumbsup
