You are the authority around here Kim so I'll take your word for it. However my experience has been different with the merchant accounts and aggregates I have used.

Hopefully KimmyKim is around to see my question & can answer:

Hypothetically speaking - if an IPSP is still rebilling & processing for sites but not releasing funds & 'let's say' they should go out of business tomorrow - the sites don't have to honour the 'membership' if it hasn't been paid - forcing the member to chargeback & either stop all together or start with the new processor.

Does the chargeback history get tagged on the site or remain with the defaulting processor for not having paid out the funds to the site owners which ultimately gave them no choice but to block out the members still using that processor?
