Ignorance is to say something without truly investigating or understanding the reason for saying it. On one hand you complain that it is a small planet, on the other you support population growth in one of the highest consuming nations in the world, in a time when such consumption is clearly unsustainable. You think mass legal and illegal immigration into such a nation is healthy for this planet? Or the host nation?

Wake up. Sure big-business loves it for short term profiteering, but in a real democracy they shouldn't be the ones to decide. America, Australia, Europe can all live without mass-immigration, but lazy, weak-minded fools like YOURSELF would prefer to sell these nations out culturally, politically and environmentally, for short-term preceived gains in standards of living.

You'd have to consider costs on both sides, your point is insanely valid in regards to the cheap labor, hell we should be paying 3 to 4 times MORE for vegetables than we are now! for real...

but there are things like funding for emergency services (police, ambulances, etc) for that part of our population (which is higher for any color person that's a new immigrant in a lower social economic standing after newly arriving), etc...




but really, in the end, I'm a fan of mexican food, mexican hotties, and even some of the musica...
