2. One leased server for mysql server and backup. Costs $150 per month. Traffic exchange between those two servers is free.
3. An agreement for special traffic prices. $0.5 per GB with 100% up-time (there were no downtime for two years)
4. Custom partnership software with all sources codes. This software consists of Apache module + php modules. The software is really a masterpiece - there is no similar software anywhere.
5. 19 paysites, over 800 free hosted galleries, over 500 banners, 101 free hosted sites, full page ads, and over 200 promo text descriptions
6. Fully working, 100% automated 19 paysites. Fully automated means that updates are done automatically and there is no need to watch for the sites. There is an intellegent update system that increases rebills up to 70% without needing to add new content!
7. There is total over 120,000 pictures. 20000 of them are exclusive. Over 500 hours of videos.
8. Accounts at ePassporte and Fethard to provide payments to affiliates.
9. If needed, our offshore company (Gibraltar based) for the additional $1500. This will be actually a company renewal, annual report + fully working bank account.
