Well if you want to get away from the crowd and still be in luxury and you think you could handle the long flight, I would go for the Whitsunday Islands in the Great Barrier Reef :)

Maya Tulum. Paradise. Go there twice a year.

One hour south of Cancun airport, but world's apart. Voted The Best Barefoot Resort in the World by the WSJ, and it just made it on to Travel and Leisure's Top Ten Chill Out Spas. Very relaxed, no pretense, just a gorgeous place.

All inclusive? It is obvious you are neither well traveled or half as rich as you want people to believe. All inclusive is for kids and poor people. Very very very few nice places are all inclusive.

i've probabably traveled more extensively than you Brad :) but yes, i'm cheap when it comes to taking employees with me. go make another payment on your leased Ferrari.

Cuba is an absolute paradise and another bonus is that you will not find any Americans :)

Numbers 8-11 this time of year rock. And if you want to be completely taken care of, Rosewood is the group to go with. Las Ventanas is gorgeous and I'd imagine the Caribbean resorts are the same caliber.

Varadero, Cuba... Punta Cana, Dominican Republic or Anguilla all have good all-inclusive resorts. But it's a crime to visit Cuba and not explore. Simply an amazing country.
