I've only owned a small handful of premium adult domains. Two of which were;
HotLesbians.com - I love lesbians
HotLatinas.com - I love latinas
So, as you can see - No major conflict, as of yet. I suppose this is mainly due to contacting only those of which who own domains that 'come to mind' / 'come to interest'. In niches I myself am comfortable with. For some odd reason, a variety of gay/mature/scat domains do not come to mind, when scratching my brain for prospective acquisitions. However -- If one day, I get a random email, stating they're selling "Oldpussy .com" or "Gayfuck.com", regardless of my feelings/interest in the niche. I will of course pursue such an acquisition.
No such moral dilemma will allow me to bypass a profitable domain investment. Let alone pety "personal" discomfort. I'll learn to live with it. Money is still green.

I own a particularly unsavory domain and I am not quite sure what to do with it. The name needs to be out of the public domain i know that, hence the reason for purchasing it, to keep it safe until a decision is made.

There's only one domain I ever reg'd that I didn't feel comfortable with. At the time, I didn't think anything of it. I only saw it as having potential to be a money-maker.
