I been looking on GFY for quite sometime, I only get dev shops wanting to write one in 10 - 15 days. I think I'll end up altering one from hotscripts.com

I don't want webcam chat for the system I'm launching - I'm not doing adult dating site, I'm doing a different niche. But I don't like the idea of licenses coming from his server

I was looking for some sort of "open source" dating software in PHP/Perl, since I've been doing PHP/Perl myself for about 4 years - I just don't have time to do this project without throwing other ones off base

FreshMeat has one I think I can alter and add the code from a 'friendster' type system I coded last year, and put it together with a forum module.....hrmm....lots of mixing and matching, but let's cross our fingers
