In what way is Video Pass any different from other PPV company? I just glanced your site and you have more box covers but far less movies. You offer a 30% payout and the "all access" membership is actually pretty smart.
Getting webmasters to change their links to your VOD from their current one will be hard. The reason is, their bookmark traffic is already spending money and have accounts on one particular VOD from which they have come accustom too. By switching VOD on a site, you will lose tons of reoccurring income.
Plus I know AEBN has over 30,000 movie titles and they add a few hundred a month as well as have several hundred sponsor hosted galleries and niche specific clips.

If it's one webmaster at a time, then so be it.
I understand that webmasters are loyal to $$$ and relationships (usually in that order) so they will follow a simple path - either they'll try something new to see if they make more $$$ or they'll stik with what has been working and that's that!
If it's not broke don't fix it, right? Well sometimes that's true and it will be difficult to overcome ... NOT IMPOSSIBLE though!
Regardless of the fact that AEBN has 30,000 movies and however many hosted galleries, we are in the process of converting webmasters to our program!
It's all about $$$ and relationships. Surfers have log-ins and passwords - they have in most cases bookmarked the PPV site they've joined. As long as the Webmaster keeps the URL's live ... attririon and recurrings lost should not be much of an issue.
When they replace their former VOD with ours they will see their conversions go up and their commissions as well ... natural progression :winkwink: |
