Looking to hire consultant for 1:75 conversions
I just got a new investor for some extra change, I'm looking for someone who can guide me to under 1:75 conversions or around that range. Doesnt matter how, as long as its legal.

I will pay for tips or services to doing this.

Let me know if anyone can help with this, i'm aware a lot of people who can do this don't wana share that kind of info, but some do. Thanks
