We don't shoot females nor the young (though we're allowed to for the young). Just adult males.
ACtually, I went back and noticed it was a female after I posted...lol.

Beauty for sure.

Here in Canada you need to have a limited entry tag to shoot cows and adult bulls.....only immature bulls are open (3 points 1 side, 2 points 1 side maximum).

Those are two VERY nice bulls you've got there....

Where were you hunting????????????

Near Quebec City, about 40 km north. Here youngs and any bulls are allowed. We got those 2 young ones because this is what fate had in store for us.

WOW. what a hunter.

Want to impress people with your hunting skills, take a bowie knife and give it a try.

And dont bait them. There is a reason they call it hunting.

moose baiting, lol!!! What do you use? "Heeeeeeeeeere mooooosey, here are some fresh willow branches"

It's illegal to bait any animal when you hunt in Canada.

Gigi rules depend each year, mainly governed by moose population and it's place in the cycle.

And those two aren't THAT young....if I saw right, one is 2 and 2 and the other is 3 and 2.....nice age....

Of course your adult bulls also sport the rack of a lifetime...lol...but, it will happen when the time is right. ;)

I dont have a problem with what Dildozer was doing as he has said they aim to kill in the most efficient way possible & they consume the meat.

But I will say that I am very ignorant on the subject as a whole and am curious as to whether or not you consume bear meat when you kill them?

Eat meat fine and enjoy, but there is proof that we can survive without it. So why do we still kill animals because we are weak minded still like a drug addiction we cannot break?

Just enjoy the meat and don't bragg about killing a animal to people who know that animals don't need to die it's sounds really fucking disgusting.

If you want to hunt then do it, eat the meat, enjoy it, and move on. Or even chat with your hunting buds, but publicly posting it bullshit you know there are people that would hate it c'mon that's not too hard to figure out.

As far as game hunting being justified because you eat the meat, that's crap. A wild animal if anything should live more since it has a full life and family that you are taking away.

At least McDonald's meat is so doped up they don't know what happened to them.

It's not just me or hippies, shit I'm 28 too young for Woodstock. It's millions of people that can think outside of the box and realize that killing animals when we do not need to anymore is due to small thinking.

At least enjoy it and realize you do not need to kill these animals you do it because of the human way and the lack of fear from it, not because it's what's right.

And for the carnivore theory, this is learned from millions of years ago, now that we have a evolved brain we can fix the wrong path we started on as a race.

Someday it will happen, probably not for me since I still eat meat everyday, I was brought up that way But my children will not. I know it's wrong, it's obvious when you see a animal die and how it makes you feel. But worse then quiting heroin is stopping something that your parents taught you from birth everyday.

Hey it's all good, BBQ at my pad
