My kids told us that a girl was walking up our driveway, so my husband looks, and there is...he goes out and asks her if he can help her, she says no, he asks her if she knows she's on our property, and she says yes, but she'll be off it in a minute. She dipped out through the woods and all the sudden started running, and then ducked down. A few minutes later, another girl is walking aound the yard, and then a truck pulls in, so my husband goes outside. the guy asks my husband if he's seen his daughter, so Brian told him about seeing the girl, and where she went. The guys says that she's got mental problems, and she ran off. So the truck drives up the powerlines where the girl went...then he comes back, and asks Brian if she was in our house, and he was like, No way, and the guy asked if he could check, and Brian was like, look, dude, I don't know you and you are not coming into my house with my family-she isn't here. So the guy says he'll call the cops if he finds out she was in here, and Bri was like, whatever dude, she isn't here, so i don't care.
Little bit later, the truck is parked at the end of the driveway, so i ask my husband if i should call the cops. he says, dude's about to walk up our front steps again. turns out it's the girl's brother, and he asks us to call the cops for help. So we do. And now there are 7+ cops out there looking for her.
The kid talks like an inbred redneck...the boy, I mean. And I watch a lot of Court TV and shit, so my wheels start turning and I'm thinking, what did they do to make her run? He told the cops that he just told her to come in b/c it was getting dark. I don't know...bizarre.
