Does adding live chat (not niche based) to a niche site really help on retention
This guy has a site with flight attendants and he is wondering if he should keep paying for voyeur brazil's live chat or are people really just hitting his site for the flight attendants?

I would suggest doing a test period of one week without the chat & put up a "Chat Room Currently Being Upgraded - email me for ETA" in it's place. Set up an email account just for that & see how many emails he gets wanting to know when the chat room will be back.
