Guess it depends if you wanna look young or like some old yuppie. Every yuppie has an A4 or a 325i. You don't see many RX8 and they're sportier.

i read car and driver thier tests show the 350z beat the RX-8 on almost every aspect. except braking and slalom time.

and yes i just went and checked.

the margins are slim but performancewise the 350 is better. but not by a whole lot. at that point it becomes a style thing.

Faster, hell yea. The RX-8 has almost the same numbers as the Audi S4 and the S4 is 30k more here.

Looks better..not sure about that. As a sport car, yea it looks better but the A4 is one nice car as well. Hell, I have a 2000 and I still get looks once in a while.

The only thing that bothers me is dising out 40K for a Jap and Ive really enjoyed my German A4 over the years, never had any problems.

As you can see Im torn as a mofo...lol. I guess Ill see what one to get when the time comes.

I'm with you...i'm 29 and i think i would feel silly in the RX8...it's a cool car but it has to fit your style..if it does then go for it ....it stands out.....

The car first came out in the movie X-men 2 where they showed a sweet ass blue RX-8

at 29 you'd have to kill me to drive something as boring as an A4. Too much yuppiness, not enough sportyness

I have to admit, in stock form they are a little sluggish and "boring". Thats why I've got a stage 1 APR kit in mine(turbo chip, diverter valve and k&n). Its good for an extra 50-70HP...it really kicked the car in the ass.

But then again, thats why im lookin at the RX-8...MUCH more sportiness.
