"Link sucker" program
I'm looking for a program that you can point to a local HTML file, or a web address that will extract all URL's contained in the HTML and output to a text file.
I could have sworn there was one out there called "Link Sucker" or something similar, but for the life of me I can't find it. Many thanks in advance!

It's not the little Windows app I was expecting to find, but this script does the job in a split second. A nice script to have in the toolbox if you need to harvest all links on a page:
