Hey Brad - I think there are a few factors -

like to be a cougar - the victim ( the guy in this situation) should be at least 10 years younger.

I think the minimum age would have to be 30 to be a cougar.

She has to be agressive - it's all about role reversal - she is the one out on the hunt - not you.

and finally she has to be able to put her lipstick on without removing the cigarette from her mounth
