Watching DVDs on TV using laptop?

I am in a hotel room with my laptop. It has a TV Out socket thingie. What kind of cable would I need to connect it to the TV and watch DVDs? What is the name for it that I can ask for at the store?

s-video

I use to have a 27" tv on my desk and watched movies from my laptop while I was working... just went s-video to s-video and it looked great. If the tv only has rca's you can get an s-video to rca adaptor

Depends on the quality of your graphics card & processing power. But yes, you would need an S-Video cable, or S-Video to Analogue converter if your T.V doesn't have the same.
