Good question, Silent Bob. I signed up with namecheap and what they do is they charge you via Paypal for a service balance. You then use this balance at namecheap for whatever domains. This approach apparently insulates you from Paypal's rules since your domain buys are at namecheap.Originally posted by Silent Bob Jedi
