In that case Dollars.com could also issue it's own card instead of using Epassporte....

i look at impressions now and not ctr or sponsor reported conversions. using dollars.com would actually cost me money for something that doesn't take much time to figure out.

plus i'm not very keen on money from sponsors being sent to a single company then i get money from that said company. adds risk and i don't like risk.

Currently, Traffic Cash Gold, Lightspeed, OxCash, Epic Cash, Naughty America/So Cal Cash, Porn Kings, SexMoney, MegaPornBucks, Capital Bucks, and CJBucks are in the system. Some of them are not publicly accepting publishers right now, but that will change -- especially if you request them to do so.

Also, we are talking with a few more big name advertisers (sponsors) about joining the system.

why would it cost you money? Advertisers are charged 5%, not publishers

There is a 24-hour support team standing by to answer any questions you may have. And hell, I'm still getting my head around all the things Dollars.com can do, and my head is abnormally huge. Ask anyone.

The Advertisers must prefund their accounts if they are offering a pay per signup model. If they are offering a recurring model, the processor distributes funds directly into your Dollars.com? account.

I hear ya -- don't keep all your eggs in one basket, right? So don't. Try the system out -- even if it's only in a few zones. I think you'll enjoy having a better understanding of your traffic and what works with it. Not to mention the convenience of consolidated payouts.

On a slightly confrontational note, however, don't forget that probably 80% of the average US webmaster's eggs are in one large, monopolistic basket called Visa/MC. :2 cents:

I signed up and rather painfully set up a zone on one of my throwaway domains. The interface isn't really ready for prime time -- got a couple of error messages and it was real hard to get to the point where there was advertising on my page. I mean, it took like three tries and more than an hour to get there -- although now that I understand the cryptic interface better, it will be just a few mouse clicks next time.

I'm real impressed with the potential, but I can't use it yet because the links are too ugly. I run user-friendly websites with web-savvy surfers, so I can't use the javascript that obscures the status bar for all the links on the page. The ads that appear in my zone have BUTT-UGLY links showing in the status bar when you mouse over them -- hugely long and full of brackets and other stuff. Now, on my own sites, I can use javascript on a link-by-link basis to throw a custom "clean" simplified link (like http://www.lightspeed.com instead of a CCBILL link) into the status bar. But if there's a way to do that with Dollars.com, I haven't seen it yet. Which means I'm forced to disable the status bar for my whole page, or show my surfers ugly link targets that are obvious affiliate links.

Don't get me wrong, I think dollars.com has great potential and there's a few places I can use it. But until they come up with a way to show clean surfer-friendly-looking links, I won't be using it much.

but everything is still concentrated in one account before it gets to me. if i'm getting cheques from various sponsors then the risk is spread out.

Your relationship is with the advertiser not with Dollars.com. They continue to set their payouts and you can ask them to raise your payout within the Dollars.com system. We are only the exchange. All transactions are between the publishers and advertisers.

Just the 9 that have supported us from the beggining, for now. We will be adding hundreds more starting next week.

We worked hard on an ACH solution and didn't get it done in time to launch. We are still working on a way to make withdrawels directly into your bank but it is going to take some time.

We are spending an incredible amount of money on R&D. Expect more evangilists. Pimplink does not work for me.

I'd love to have a phone chat with you and see what we can do. We can rotate join pages and show you the revenue you earn per 1000 impressions of the join pages themselves.

I apologize. It'll get easier over time. We are adding more wizards and help files, etc.
