For people who don't believe it can increase the size of a non-erect penis, try this simple experiment:
Take a small sledgehammer, and smash it into your forehead. Wait a couple hours. Notice the difference? Now smash your forehead with the hammer in the same spot once a day for six months. You will have a bigger forehead, guaranfuckinteed. You can also get bigger biceps by having a friend punch them a couple times a day. Damage to connective tissue, muscle, and blood vessels lead to bruising, and as blood collects within the damaged tissue, the tissue swells and forms a lump (hematoma). As the tissues heal, they can leave scar tissue, which also increase the tissue mass, and will build up with repeated injury.
If these devices do anything, I'm guessing they spread out tissue damage by causing repeated trivial damage a whole lot of times, like hitting yourself in the forehead with a soup spoon instead of a hammer, but doing it 500 times a night. If it's more damaging than sex or whacking off, then I could see this having some effect...if it's not, then I'd think you could just have sex or whack off instead of using these devices.
Tissue damage isn't inherently unhealthy; it's the basis of building your muscles through exercise. But the penis doesn't contain skeletal muscles. If it depends on damaging connective tissue and blood vessels, and building up internal scar tissue, it doesn't sound like a medically sound idea.
