Cheney LIED during debate: Cheney Met Edwards Before Last Night

Heres the proof:

TRUE LIFE: I'm A Dick!

Before reading this, if anyone watched the debates this past Tuesday between Edwards and Cheney, Dick on numerous occasions calls Edwards allegations with respect to Halliburton totally false, quoting FactCheck.org (even though he said FactCheck.com) as a reliable source to back him up. Dick Cheney literally sat there and lied to the American public yet again. Oddly enough, this can be found on the same site:

"...Cheney wrongly implied that FactCheck had defended his tenure as CEO of Halliburton Co., and the vice president even got our name wrong. He overstated matters when he said Edwards voted "for the war" and "to commit the troops, to send them to war." He exaggerated the number of times Kerry has voted to raise taxes, and puffed up the number of small business owners who would see a tax increase under Kerry's proposals...In fact, we did post an article pointing out that Cheney hasn't profited personally while in office from Halliburton's Iraq contracts...But Edwards was talking about Cheney's responsibility for earlier Halliburton troubles. And in fact, Edwards was mostly right."

but as you can see he also lied about many other things during the debate it's ludacris i'm not really concerned about him ever meeting edwards i'm more concerned with the fact that him and george bush have dreamed up this entire war

Actually, that isn't bullshit. Bush has offended and alienated most of the world, which is a large part of why many countries are unwilling to send (more) troops. A more cooperative stance would likely draw in more new allies.

Countries like France and Germany don't admit stuff like this because they don't want to ruin relations with either one of the potential presidents.

those are just two countries who have grudges against the US anyway the leader of france isn't even on speaking terms with the president i don't understand how we can believe this man can protect us when most of the other countries leaders won't talk/work with him we (the US) can't be the worlds peace keeping organization

You know what's really sad, when a mother of one of our fallen soldiers wants to get some answers from our "first" lady during a rally, instead gets arrested while our "first" lady looks on.

Would have thought that her son dying for defending freedom in another country had been enough of a loss for her, but no, our "first" lady had to make it clear that what her son died for in another country also took away her freedom of speech.

i was just stating that there was no implication there. he flat out said he never met edwards until the debate.

no implication, flat out lie but politicians are politicians and i think a kid could lie better then all of them (at least be more creative).

he even says that multiple times during that debate , but of course that is how I took that,

Please get your facts straight. This woman was not at a press conference by Mrs Bush. She was yelling during a presentation. Would have happened regardless who was speaking.

your right i think i remember seeing it on tv unless that was another incident cause i remeber a women sreaming and crying when president bush was speaking at a GOP meeting or it was a press conference about the GOP something of that sort
