We worked on this project 3 years ago and had several conversations with Jim about having Holio marketing this for us. At the time he thought our subscription model would work great.

After we put the original site and program together (different name), we couldn't even get Jim to take our calls. Little did we know at the time that you were going off and doing it yourself. Guess we should have had an NDA signed.
