Wanted to point out that Sirius and XM are not interchangeable. They're direct competitors offering different channel line-ups.

Howard will be on Sirius.

My guess is that Sirius will have no problem whatsoever in getting 1 mil subscribers minimum. Howard has the 18-49 male demographic wrapped up and they will follow like sheep.

you guys are looking at this like a pay per sale sponsor when really its more of a partnership program. Sirius may not initally make there money back but in the long run will make that up plus plenty more.

The way I understood it was, it wasn't like handing him a $500million payday check. The $500million is the cost of producing the show, including building and maintaing the studio.

Sure, $500million is an absurd amount, but it's an out-the-door total package price for Sirius, not a salary for Howard.
