    $25 banner contest

    Need a banner for Sex Forums. com Animated would be nice. Just a nice modest banner, that can be viewed by all age groups and bring people into the idea of free sex discussion, advise, chat, etc.

    I will paypal $50 for the banner I like the most and $5 for any other banner posted that I have intentions to use. Please post all banner ideas in this thread. Some stick figure banners would turn me on. I will end the contest within 24 hours.

    Oh yes, please make banners 468 x 60

          I doubled the price to $50. I removed the link to the forum. It is not a webmaster forum, is the thread more acceptable now?

                  $50 is decent for a 24 hour contest. $20 for the runners up if i choose to use.

                      You'd probably just be better off hiring a designer. DNell I think his name is has $5 banner specials from time to time.

                          Designers do nice jobs but contests seem to get the best. In what way can I post this contest without making reference to another forum?

                                  Just hire a designer... Even the best studios do not even charge you $50 a banner... for $50 you can get one heck of a good banner though!

                                                                                  I think it is pretty slick. Modest, can be viewed by all age groups, and gets right to the point. No stick people though. Stick people look nice in banners, especially when animated.

                                                                                                      Your intentions are good, you want to get the best banner developed in 24 hours that you can, and want to have tons of things to chose from so you feel you've exhausted your options.

                                                                                                      However, I agree with the other folks, you should just buy some banners. Even if you're going to spend about $70, contact a few good designers and get some banners from them. Save yourself some time you'd be surprised what a little research and a few quick payments can get you.

                                                                                                          Exactly that. Somebody who knows for sure they'll get $25/$50/$100 in their hand will be FAR more motivated than someone with a small chance of winning a dodgy competition in a BB thread.

As a principle, I think the thread starter can at least respond to the thread. I worked for all of 5 fucking minutes to do those banners, took time away from many more important things to do them. Then.... THEN.... Nothing, not even a fuck off or anything.
