the justice system... fucked? or what?
i was reading that thread about the man who murdered john lennon.
i dont really think that our justice system is just but i cant really offer a better solution. however i think its fucked that no one thinks that guy should get out, so why dont we kill his ass off? i mean as cold as it is to say the guy is a debt to society, why shouldnt we kill off this excess weight? its like if there was a leech stuck to your leg you would take the fucker off right? so instead we keep him around for 20 years so then we can review his ass every 2 with the same result? what about federal minimum sentencing guidelines? three strikes your out? etc. |
