I have to say CCBILL * TWO THUMBS UP*

I've always been a fan of the ccbill business model. They play it safe and don't take any unnecessary risks. They quietly go about their business. They have always been regarded as the safest 3rd party processor. They aren?t a safe haven for PPS programs and crazy cross sells. They are the home to many high quality paysites. Our plans to add them as a billing option were delayed as we waited for our TwistysCash upgrade to be complete. With last month?s events we had to kick things into warp speed and get ccbill up.

Everyone told us ccbill is safe but the conversions suck. So far we have seen the exact opposite. Ccbill signup ratios have been as good if not better than Paycom and as good as ibill. CCBILL.

Also, in the last few days there have been posts and people speculating about Ibill?s future and people trying to get the business of ibill clients. I must say ccbill?s actions speak volumes about them. They are doing what they do best, concentrating on their own business. Kudos to Ccbill. We are very impressed

CCbill rocks for us too. Great people, never a disappointment, never a missed payment, never a problem that doesn't get handled quickly and fairly.

If I lose a questionable sale here or there from a cautious scrub, I can live with that. I feel like long term stability (over 5 years!) is like a gift given to us by CCBill. That is important to me for my business. Other people are learning hard lessons right now, and that sucks.

CCbill is standing strong, and I'm proud to have them as Lightspeedcash's primary billing company.

CCbill is a class act.

A very well run company!

CCbill has had many chances over the years to bad mouth the "other" guy but they always stay a level above.

My hats off to Ron and his staff.

The crew at CCbill are all great people. When we cannot help a client, we send them right to CCbill every time.

Hey Mitch. Check out the other post I made earlier regarding Merchant Accounts. You definitely know a thing or two about them. Maybe you can add your two cents

Thanks for all of the kind words, they are appreciated and I will make sure that this gets passed around the company

CCBill is very fortunate to have such excellent clients and over the years, we have developed some very strong, healthy, symbiotic relationships with many of our clients

Thanks again

Sounds good corvett. We look forward to meeting the crew in Vegas. I must say Jeff has been very instrumental in getting everything setup for us. He's also been entertaining (on espn)

Maybe the sponsors are happy this is the case, but for an affiliate, the problem with ccBill is the inability to check more than a small number of sponsors' stats conveniently. This might not matter to everyone, but if you operate TGPs and use hosted galleries from dozens of sponsors, it is a serious drawback.

You choose whether to have your affiliate accounts consolidated or not. If you have them consolidated, then a tool like StatsRemote is near useless, being able to provide only the total of all your accounts.

If you don't consolidate your accounts, you can't check them with or without a tool like SR, because if you access the site too frequently, your IP gets blocked.

To rub salt in the wound, although obviously someone at ccBill knows the answer, I haven't been able to find out what the hit limit per IP is, so that I can attempt to find the best way to deal with it. Nor has anyone there shown the slightest interest in offering a solution.

These days it surely isn't unusual for affiliates to work with a lot of sponsors and still want to check their stats...
