It's been years since we've offered free hosting. Some things have changed (bandwith is cheap as hell now) something have stayed the same (free is still cheaper). Many people don't like the idea of building up a site on a free host because they don't really own it. We decided let people park their domains on their accounts so they can build up their own domain and move later if they want.
In any case if you want to give it a shot it's brand new so let me know if there are any bugs. I have the join form linked up here
