I was just hanging with JoesHO this weekend.. Funny you should post this...

I hope we can put everything behind us and move on.. They run a good service and it's sad to see that the demand is there for us and we are not being supplied...

But I really hope we can work it out.. It just takes time.. I cannot rush someone into something because that is not cool....

Yeah, I wish they would just put everything behind them. I like epic and I like remote thumbs. It would be great to have them back.

I extended an offer to pimpdogg to settle out of court for his iresponsible false statements (he made regarding me personally, and remotethumbs as a product, on many seperate occasions.)

He is aware of terms for an out of court settlement opportunity, and he has declined.

So no further discussion from me on this matter will take place outside of a courtroom. ( unless he decides to approach me and take the terms set forth, then I would give him one more opportunity to both do the right thing by coming clean and telling the truth and righting a wrong) He of course knows this will require some monetary agreement, as well as a few other details.
The choice is his.

Oh come on Joesho. Dont you go after some kind of settlement if damage was caused? Everyone who knows you does not beleive what Pimpdogg said, and everyone who knows Pimpdogg knows that he says things just for fun. There are no damages to collect upon.

it would seem your attempts have failed. granted, an offer is a great jesture, but in this case it seems ole Joe is after a monetary solution. he feels that he has lost money due to what has happened, and it seems hes looking for some form of resolve in that issue.

i would think that you guys are lossing more money then anything over this. both partys involved, but untill you are both happy it seems this will remain a stand still.
