    anyone know how of any stop-snoring products that work?

    the Mr. has been snoring alot lately, im thinking probably from the heaters being on (makes the air really dry). Would a humidifer work? anyone ever try those snoring sprays??

    the breath right strips arent helping so im lookin for something else.

      Well, that was going to be my suggestion. I know a couple of people who it worked for. If his snoring is that bad, he should see a doctor. It's usually a sign of a much bigger problem.

              have him goto the hospital for a sleep study. They will prescribe a breathing machine which provides oxygen and will stop the snoring.
