                                I never turn my PC off, but I reboot it maybe once or twice a week as it tends to start to lag for some reason when it is up for 72+ hours at a time.

                                            depends what i am doing, if i am in a rush to get something done i don't go anywhere, fire up Notepad and Photoshop. If i'm not under any pressure I check email, ESPN and MSNBC to see if anything big happened then GFY or ICQ.
